Welcome!
FBI Memphis Citizens' Academy Alumni Association is a community-based and citizen-supported 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, distinct and separate from the FBI. (www.fbi.com). We are part of a network of 56 such chapters nationwide and each of our  thousands of members have successfully graduated from an FBI Citizens'Academy (www.fbi.gov/hq/ood/opca/outreach/academy.htm) conducted by one of the FBI Field Office locations. Each of the 56 chapters is subordinate to the FBI National Citizens’ Academy Alumni Association(www.nfbicaa.org/index.html) which serves as the official liaison between FBI Headquarters and the individual chapters.

As alumni of the FBI Memphis Division (www.memphis.fbi.gov) Citizens’ Academy we are expected to help improve relationships between law enforcement agencies and the community by sharing the insights and information we gained in the Citizens' Academy. Our overall goal is to improve the Bureau's ability to solve/detect crimes and to help citizens make our communities better and safer for all. While not in any way official spokespersons for the FBI, we  feel privileged to be  called upon to share our understanding of the role of federal law enforcement as citizen ambassadors. Welcome to our site.
